LAB LLC provides IT services, including but not limited to:

• IT outsourcing
• Infrastructure & system solutions
• Cybersecurity services
• Consulting
• Support & maintenance services

Online payments are accepted only for services.

Working Hours

Customer support is available:

🕘 Monday – Friday
🕘 10:00 – 18:00 (GMT+4)

Outside working hours, requests are processed the next business day.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely via UNIPAY
• All prices are displayed in GEL (unless stated otherwise)
• VAT is included according to Georgian legislation
• After successful payment, the client receives confirmation by email

Service Delivery

• Service delivery terms depend on the selected service
• Detailed scope & deadlines are defined in individual agreements
• Digital services start within agreed timeframe after payment
• No physical goods are sold online

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible if:

• service was not delivered
• technical issue occurred
• client cancelled before service started

Refund timeline:
• Request review – within 3 business days
• Money returned – within 5–10 business days
• Refund goes back to the same card used for payment
